Groundswell Peer Advocates mark graduation

Groundswell's Homeless Health Advocacy Service offers one-to-one support for people experiencing homelessness, helping them to overcome the practical, personal and systemic barriers which prevent them from addressing their health needs. The programme is delivered by Peer Advocates – volunteers who all have personal experience of homelessness. Congratulations to the Peer Advocates who graduated today.
Groundswell are using a grant from the Bupa UK Foundation to extend their Homeless Health Advocacy Service to include mental health. You can read more about Groundswell's work here >
