The Bupa UK Foundation’s purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives.
We run and help fund practical projects that have a positive impact on people’s mental health. Many of us will struggle with our mental health at some point and we’re committed to sharing our expertise, resources and funds to support better mental wellbeing.
Our programmes include Wellbeing for Educators which provides evidence-based wellbeing coaching to educators, a partnership with Mind which funds information resources to help young people aged 11-25 live mentally healthy lives, and support for local charities that help vulnerable people in their communities.
Our work and impact
Over the past five years, the Bupa UK Foundation is proud to have awarded more than £3 million in grants to around 110 projects to improve people’s mental health, support carers and empower young adults living with ongoing health challenges to live life to the full.
COVID-19 guidance for funded projects
We recognise that the COVID-19 pandemic will present a number of challenges to the charities and organisations we have funded. We want to make sure we support you in any way we can so you can continue your work supporting some of the most vulnerable people in these difficult times.
